DCMA Policy

At Imageediter, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and take claims of infringement seriously. This DMCA Policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement notices.

Copyright Infringement:
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. The notice should include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work

  • A description of the infringing material

  • Your contact information

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the material is infringing

Procedure for Takedown:
Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Counter-Notice:
If you believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice. This should include:

  • Your contact information

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed in error

  • A consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court

Repeat Infringers:
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.
